Lin Zhu
Lin has a wealth of experience from her tenure at the City of Toronto, where she served as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer, overseeing initiatives that drove the City’s digital strategy forward to better serve its three million residents. With a career spanning over three decades in both the public and private sectors, Lin has steered organizations through transformative digital journeys, leveraging the latest technology, data analytics, and the collective power of teams to deliver significant results. Her proven track record of success, coupled with her adept collaboration skills and global leadership experience, uniquely positions her to excel in her new role.
Lin holds a Master of Engineering degree and has various certifications in organizational change, project management, information security and cloud architecture. In addition to her professional endeavours, Lin has also been an active volunteer, serving as a mentor at various organizations including the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council, where she helped new immigrants navigate their entry into the Toronto job market.
