Submit a Nomination

A selection committee comprised of representatives from the Federal, Provincial, Territorial, and Municipal orders of government provides an independent review. They will decide on or before the 30th day of November 2022 on the person, if any, who is to receive the award for that year.

The winner of the 2022 HLA will be advised of the Selection committee’s decision in the Fall of 2022.

Official announcement will occur in the Winter of 2023 and will be published on the Institute for Citizen-Centred Service website.

All nominations must include the following:

  • application form
  • a nomination summary (maximum 1000 words) with a concise description of the work and achievements of the nominee that, in the opinion of the nominators, qualify the nominee for the award
  • support letters (maximum 3) that the judges will use to consider. (email to info@iccs-isac.org)

Any false information submitted in the nomination application, nomination summary or support letters would revoke the application or award.

No award shall be made in any year if, in the opinion of the judges, no nomination worthy of an award is received.

A nomination is eligible for three years from the original date of submission.

All submissions are the property of the Institute for Citizen-Centred Service.
